Account and billing details you provide when you become a member, the email address you give us for the newsletter, and basic technical data such as device type and pages viewed.

We do not collect health data through the website unless you send it to us directly.

To provide and bill your membership, to answer enquiries, to send content you asked for, and to understand which parts of the platform are useful.

Our legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interest, and consent where consent is required.

Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never store full card details. Hosting, email and analytics are provided by processors bound by data-processing agreements.

Billing records are kept for the period required by Slovenian accounting law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest.
