Strong for Life
A ten-week foundation in strength, bone loading and mobility, structured to be sustained through demanding weeks.
MOVE · Online program
Twelve weeks of progressive strength work, written for people who intend to stay strong for decades rather than for a season.

Muscle is the tissue that carries metabolic health, bone density and independence into the second half of life. The program is built on that single premise: load the body properly, recover well enough to adapt, and repeat it for long enough that it becomes who you are.
Three sessions a week, each around sixty minutes. Squat, hinge, push, pull and carry are trained through the whole block, with the joints and tendons kept explicitly in the plan rather than assumed to keep up.
Progression is written in advance so you are never guessing at a weight, and each fourth week reduces load so adaptation has room to land.
“Strength is the most reliable investment you can make in the next thirty years of your life.”
Structure
Assessment and technical foundation. Learn the five patterns and set honest starting loads.
Build. Volume rises steadily; tendon and joint work runs alongside the main lifts.
Intensify. Heavier top sets, tighter execution, conditioning that supports rather than competes.
Retest. The same assessment, so progress is measured rather than felt.
