Nika came to Reset after years of training in bursts: intense months followed by long gaps, each restart a little harder than the last.

The change was unglamorous. Two sessions a week, written down, progressed slowly, kept through travel and deadlines. Within a year the numbers had moved further than any of the intense blocks had managed.

What she notices now is not in the gym. It is carrying work upstairs, standing through long installs, and finishing the week with energy left.

Every session is a new challenge that moves the limits of what my body can do.
